    DOP, EDITOR, WRITER, DIRECTOR, PRODUCER Derrick has made movies since he was a 9-year-old boy living in the backwoods of South Arkansas. While most of his credits are as a cinematographer and editor, Derrick has directed two feature films and written four more. With a world-spanning career in features, shorts, music videos, and commercials, Sims has dedicated his life to the art of cinema. He now lives and works in New Zealand.
