  • What I Liked About It: The scene with Margaret Cho and Chris Marquette describing a successful “Christian” genre movie is hilarious. Can’t stop laughing. The satire is pretty aggressive, but I really like it here, it pays off.

  • What I liked About It: So many important conversations, a must-watch for intergenerational families about the painful subjects surrounding end of life decisions. Anna Camp and Joe Lo Truglio are just wonderful to watch!

  • What I Liked About It: The timeline, the chase, and the identity of “The Man In The Trunk” are surprising. And it comes all together is a way you wouldn’t expect. I was pretty emotionally involved for the journey of our leading man. Slow moving, but really good.

  • What I liked About It: GREAT characters you want to watch, perfect tone, the poster lets you know that its truly a horror movie.

For something that felt like “pure entertainment” at the time of screening, It lingered with me in incredible and unexpected ways. Watch it on itunes/ Apple TV!

  • What I liked About it: If you missed this fantastic independent comedy about a Chinese family returning back home to China for a wedding when it first came out – watch it now! Awkwafina shines in it, and it’s directed by the wonderful female director, Lilu Wang. I loved every minute of this film and hope to see it a second time!
